Overview

Greensboro, MD, adopted the 2012 IBC and IRC with amendments. Greensboro, MD, Town Council Minutes 8-16-12 adopting Ordinance No. 2012-O-13 (repealing and reenacting Chapter 57, Article I, of the Greensboro Town Code – adopt and amend IBC) and Ordinance No. 2012-O-14 (repealing and reenacting Chapter 57, Article II of the Greensboro Town Code – adopt and amend IRC and the Maryland Building Performance Standards). However, as the MBPS adopted the 2015 IBC and IRC, it is reasonable to assume Greensboro, MD, has adopted these newer editions as well.

Greensboro, MD, adopted the 2012 IBC and IRC with amendments.
